Simon Bolivar was never able to achieved his dream of a Gran Columbia, all the people in the lands Columbus discovered living together in one country. Napoleon in Egypt

March 24, 2008 · Leave a Comment

The French portray themselves as not being evil. The French state in their proclamation that they do not want to abolish their religion they just want revenge. The Egyptians view the French as anything but their friend. The French write a proclamation to the Egyptians. In the proclamation there are various spelling and grammar mistakes that the Egyptians take as a personal insult and it also makes the French sound dumb and ignorant. The French claim to have no god so the Egyptians view them as anarchist. The proclamations states that any village or town that does not surrender to french and abide by their will, will br destroyed. The Egyptians probably view the French as a threat or an enemy after reading this.
